Francine Duke served as the President of the Financial Planning Association, North Shore Council during 2011 and 2012 and was the Chairwoman during 2013. She is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) where she has qualified to become a NAPFA Registered Advisor, NAPFA's top level of membership.
Francine served as a Tax-Aide volunteer for many years where she prepared tax returns and offered financial planning advice for free to senior citizens and lower income individuals.
